Position: Security Project Manager
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Type of work: Full time; Hybrid - 2 days per week in the client´s office
Languages Required: English (C2 level). If you have also French (C1) is a big plus
Role overview: We are seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of security initiatives. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with security standards, and deliver projects on time and within scope
Required Technical and Soft Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security project management
- Deep knowledge of security frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles.
- Expertise in using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and organizational proficiency
Preferable Skills
- Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and technologies (firewalls, SIEM, encryption, etc.).
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Other Relevant Information:
- Experience and sector knowledge (transport) is not required but is an asset.
- Problem-solving skills, such as the ability to anticipate problems and resolve them when they arise to ensure successful completion of projects.
