Deel uitmaken van een sterk merk met een uitgesproken persoonlijkheid? Met een resoluut toekomstgerichte en inspirerende visie, zowel voor klanten als voor de hele Belgische samenleving? Dat de toon zet met zijn digitale tools, maar zich bovenal ook vanuit zijn waarden en overtuigingen echt engageert voor de maatschappelijke uitdagingen van vandaag?
Als Head of Social Media ontwikkel je boeiende en creatieve social media-strategieën, en rol je die ook uit in de praktijk. Net zoals de roadmap die daaruit voortvloeit, in lijn met de overkoepelende merk
- en communicatiestrategie van Belfius.
- Je ontplooit jouw strategische social media-expertise ten volle om het merk coherent te laten evolueren op alle (non-paid) social media-touchpoints van Belfius.
- Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding over het social media-team en stelt samen met hen het tactisch communicatieplan en de contentkalender op. Je inspireert hen, helpt hen op weg met relevante denkpistes, bekijkt hun voorstellen met je kritische en deskundige blik en kiest er steeds het beste voorstel uit.
- Je bent altijd op zoek naar vernieuwende formats en hebt een neus (& hart) voor ‘meaningful & inspiring’ content. Je hebt een goed gevoel voor taal en creatieve content, en stelt proactief toffe en relevante ideeën voor.
- Je overziet de aanwezigheid van Belfius op de verschillende social media-platformen, en staat ook in voor het dagelijks beheer van deze kanalen. Je streeft naar performantie en zoekt steeds naar originele manieren om boodschappen nog meer impact te geven via onze non-paid media.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor diverse partijen binnen Belfius en je staat in voor hun social media-aanwezigheid (C-level accounts, RCB, PCB, Communicatie, Hoofdeconoom, Persdienst, HR, Contact Center enz.) met aandacht voor het merk.
- Je volgt social media-trends op de voet en werkt mee aan een grotere bewustwording rond het medium. Je bent een enthousiaste ambassadeur in alle lagen van het bedrijf.
- Je waakt mee over de reputatie en de impact van het merk, en je bent samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse monitoring en reporting, zowel alerting als gedetailleerde analyses. Daarnaast definieer je het juiste reactie
- en interactiemodel voor corporate en commerciële domeinen, om gepast te kunnen reageren op uitlatingen van klanten, journalisten enz.
- Je legt de nodige flexibiliteit aan de dag (ook in het weekend indien nodig) en hebt er geen probleem mee dat deze job geen 9-to-5 job is.
- Je wordt een van onze collega’s in het team Brand, Experience & Communication. Wij zijn de sturende kracht achter het merk Belfius en zetten ons 100% in om ons merk en rijke DNA via alle touchpoints met klanten en stakeholders nog sterker in de markt en intern te doen voelen en leven.

- Je hebt een doorgedreven social media-expertise en kan de merkvisie van Belfius niet alleen omzetten in een sterke, coherente en succesvolle social media-strategie, maar kan deze ook vertalen in een hands-on en helder communicatieplan.
- Je bent in staat om de content van diverse interne stakeholders juist te situeren en te verenigen in het communicatieplan, met behoud van een duidelijke communicatielijn voor het merk.Je hebt sterke leiderschapsskills en weet je hoe je een team met diverse expertises en persoonlijkheden optimaal aanstuurt en motiveert.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als leidinggevende en/of je kan bouwen op een rijke ervaring in projectmanagement..
- Je bent een teamspeler en krijgt energie van samenwerken met anderen.
- Je bent hands-on en duikt met veel plezier mee in de materie.
- Je communiceert efficiënt en doelgericht.
- Je bent stressbestendig en weet projecten met een strakke deadline goed te beheren.
