At KCC Entertainment Design, we strongly believe in combining knowledge and creativity to design and implement unique entertainment projects.

As an international leader in design and realization of indoor and outdoor entertainment parks (theme parks, family entertainment centres, waterparks, etc.) we have designed & built unique and successful projects worldwide for over 23 years.

**As a member of our projects realization / procurement / project management team you will be responsible to coordinate and manage our international projects starting from a design till the complete realization. You will be the central between the internal design team, sales team, administration, subcontractors, and Client team backed up by the internal procurement officer(s).**
- **Design support**
During the design process you will be requested to support the design team with technical information and pricings for attractions and fit-out for the design they have created and/or assist them in economizing the created design to fit the targeted investment budget.
- **Procurement**
- Attractions/experiences/rides/:
You organize, control and bring to a good end the complete procurement process for attractions in the entertainment projects of our clients. For the client you will be their point of contact for all attraction related information.

Occasionally, and in coordination and cooperation with the Sales Department you will create a commercial proposal for our clients and propose/explain this to the client.
With Accountancy and Sales, you follow up on payments related to these services.
- Fit-out:
You organize, control and bring to a good end the complete internal procurement process for fit-out.

- **Project Management**
- Attractions/experiences/rides/:
After order you will follow up on the complete fabrication process by the suppliers through factory visits and online meetings. You coordinate and help organize the shipment, import, transport to site and unloading.

You coordinate and plan the installation and installation teams of the suppliers and organize the hand-over.

During these steps you continuously follow-up, coordinate and align with the client, other project managers and the suppliers to ensure that the process goes smoothly.

You continuously keep an overview of all aspects through a planning and organize regular meetings between the stakeholder.

You could be requested to go on site for shorter or longer periods during the on-site works.

With Accountancy and Sales, you follow up on related payments.
- **Team management**
- Depending on the project you will coordinate and work with a team of procurement officers that will support you in your procurement or project management tasks from the main office.

- You preferably enjoyed a master architecture / project architecture / construction related engineering and / or similar by experience. ,
- Being fluent in English (and good in French) is required.

- You have commercial feeling and know how to negotiate
- You have the necessary material knowledge and also have technical affinity
- You don’t mind doing some occasional international travelling.
