Onze klant is heel gekend op de markt van de testmachines voor de automobielindustrie. In de vestiging in Brugge ontwikkelen en produceren ze onder andere rollenbanken, spoorbanken,...
Op heden zijn wij op zoek naar een project manager die de toegewezen projecten in goede banen leidt.
Concreet kan je rekenen op het volgend takenpakket:
- Je staat in voor studies, offertes en projecten en dit vanaf de vraagstelling tot en met definitieve afhandeling.
- Je bent het centraal aanspreekpunt en rapporteert de status van de projecten aan de betrokken partijen.
- Je organiseert kick-off meetings met de verschillende afdelingen om de planning en inhoud van het project uit te werken.
- Je waakt over de technische aspecten van de projecten en signaleert tijdig naar de betrokken afdelingen.
- Je staat in voor de voorlopige en definitieve afnamen door de klant gedurende het gehele project.
- Je coördineert de transportplanning en-organisatie van de projecten en staat in voor de werforganisatie.
- Je geeft tijdig de nodige instructies en documenten door aan de subcontractors en transporteurs (o.a. werkinstructies en veiligheidsdocumenten).
- Je hebt een masteropleiding Elektromechanica op zak.
- Je hebt reeds een basiskennis van automatisering/machinebouw.
- Je bent commercieel en klantgericht ingesteld.
- Je bent een georganiseerde en gestructureerde teamleader met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Kennis van MS Office en het ERP-systeem is een must, meertaligheid een plus.
- Je bent bereid om je beschikbaar te houden voor verplaatsingen in het binnen
- en buitenland (50%).
