As Warehouse Coordinator, you are the
**point of contact for all warehousing operations with internal customers** and
**coordinate warehouse operative**.

You are responsible for the coordination in warehousing duties including parts receiving, picking, storing, checking, labelling, packing and maintaining the SAP database.

You coordinate these operations in terms of available resources, constraints and priorities applicable to internal and external warehouses.

You are the privileged actor to ensure that warehouses processes and rules (safety included) are properly followed.

**Main tasks**
- Organize and coordinate all physical storage tasks (receiving, checking, storing, picking and packing, drive a forklift) and ensure that these tasks are performed safely in compliance with lead-time, quality standards, safety and accuracy
- Ensure the correct execution of the warehousing process: gather, compare, classify, label, store, sort data, use checklist, prepare orders, order parts and/or services according to planned requirements in combination to a recurrent unexpected workload (due to business setup)
- Respect and promote Environment, Health & Safety rules including GMPs and Radioactive rules (“Zero incident” policy and be a model for the teammates)
- Maintain and keep ERP up to date: ensure data are properly encoded in a timely manner, aim perfect accuracy between stock relaity and ERP (quantity and good location)
- Answer and prioritize internal requests
- Suggest & participate to improvements
- Coordinate and support the team members
- Provide the reported view of warehousing tasks performed
- Coach team members so that they develop themselves in the jobs
- insure the induction training of new comers
- give operational support and process guidance to the team

**You have**
- A Bachelor Degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or warehousing activities
- Experience with team coordination: planning, priorities setting, training,
- A good knowledge of SAP is a strong asset (not mandatory)
- Good knowledge of Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- A good English level is an asset (not mandatory)

- A very good communicator (assertiveness and diplomacy)
- Organized and able to set priorities
- Willing to perform all warehousing tasks if necessary
