As a Customer Service Officer your main tasks will be:

- Gathering **information** and checking the data for accuracy and completeness.
- Providing **technical support** and communicating with **customers**.
- **Updating** the customer and all other parties involved.
- Monitoring and **controlling agreements** with all parties involved.
- Follow-up of all **contract-related issues** within the established deadlines.

For this job, we are looking for someone who has the following knowledge, experience and skills:
**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
- Excellent spoken Italian & Dutch, good English
- Technical knowledge (automotive, tyres,) is a plus
- No specific experience required
