**MISSION GÉNÉRALE**

Le/la chargé(e) d’assurance qualité définit et coordonne la mise en œuvre de la politique d’assurance qualité (méthodes organisationnelles/processus/ audits). Il/elle organise les démarches qualité en assurant la cohérence entre les différentes structures et/ou directions. Il/elle met à jour et améliore en permanence le système de management de la qualité de l’entreprise en y associant des indicateurs de contrôle.

**ACTIVITÉS**

**Définition du système qualité de l’entreprise**
- Elaboration et actualisation des systèmes et outils d’assurance qualité (procédures, check-lists, support d’information)
- Approbation et suivi de la mise en œuvre d’actions qualité, préventives ou correctives
- Mise en place et contrôle des indicateurs du tableau de bord qualité
- Recherche des informations nécessaires à la mise en œuvre d’essais de développement ou d’optimisation de procédés auprès de l’ensemble des interlocuteurs/trices dans le cadre du projet (production, méthodes d’analyse, etc.)
- Proposition d’améliorations de la qualité

**Suivi du système qualité**
- Vérification de la mise en place et de la conformité du système qualité défini
- Proposition et suivi de la mise en œuvre d’actions qualité, préventives ou correctives
- Contrôle des indicateurs du tableau de bord qualité et alerte systématique sur les anomalies
- Evaluation de la criticité des rapports d’investigation de résultats OOT/OOS/anomalies/ non-conformités/déviations/réclamations
- Anticipation et gestion des difficultés et des besoins en matière d’assurance qualité à court, moyen et long termes
- Evaluation des conséquences des modifications de l’environnement sur le système qualité
- Participation au suivi de la qualité pharmaceutique des produits exploités
- Contribution à la vérification de la conformité des lots
- Respect des procédures, consignes, modes opératoires

**Relations interprofessionnelles/Support**
- Coopération avec les équipes de production dans l’évaluation des problèmes qualité
- Support scientifique au département QC

**Audit**
- Planification et réalisation des auto-inspections sur site
- Maintien du planning des audits

**Information / Conseil / Formation**
- Alerter le responsable assurance qualité en cas d’événement critique
- Mise en œuvre des conséquences des modifications de l’environnement sur le système qualité auprès des responsables des processus
- Participation aux relations avec les autorités de santé
- Gestion des réclamations pharmaceutiques (plaintes )
- Veille réglementaire relative aux bonnes pratiques (GMP ) et aux référentiels qualité applicables sur le site
- Sensibilisation et formation des services concernés à la qualité
- Réponse aux questions internes et externes concernant la qualité
- Participation aux activités de formation

- Connaître la réglementation et l’ensemble des normes qualité et des bonnes pratiques applicables (GMP ).
- Participer activement à la gestion et à l’amélioration du système de management de la qualité de l’entreprise, ainsi qu’à sa mise en conformité avec les nouvelles exigences règlementaires.
- Assurer la bonne implémentation du système qualité en garantissant sa diffusion, mise en œuvre et maintenance à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.
- Être le référent suppléant du système qualité et facilitez la communication transversale entre les équipes.
- Adopter une approche globale de l’assurance qualité adaptée aux caractéristiques de l’entreprise, savoir anticiper les difficultés et gérer les besoins en matière d’assurance qualité à court, moyen et long termes

**PROFIL DE RECRUTEMENT**
- Métier accessible aux jeunes diplômés.
