**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Job description**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Strategic Impact**:Be at the forefront of shaping and executing the Sales and Operations Planning process, playing a pivotal role in the convergence of Sales Demand and Capacity Supply.
- **Innovaton and Improvement**:Drive innovation by enhancing the S&OP process, integrating cutting-edge solutions for Supply and Demand alignment, product quotas, logistics, and technology implementation.
- **Reliability Excellence**:Take charge of ensuring the highest level of reliability in our S&OP, contributing directly to the company's success and market leadership.
- **Departmental Growth**:Lead the development of a new department, making a significant impact on its growth through strategic trainings, recruitment initiatives, and seamless integration within the Supply Chain.

**PROFILE**
- Hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or bring equivalent experience to the table.
- Showcase your expertise with a minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain/Operations, bringing a wealth of experience in operational efficiency and project management.
- Fluent English and French
- Data Maestro: Advanced Excel skills, transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
