De Europa Ziekenhuizen zijn op zoek naar een:
**Business Analyst**
- De Europa Ziekenhuizen zijn een referentieziekenhuis voor Brussel en omgeving. Als meertalig algemeen ziekenhuis bieden wij een volledig zorgaanbod aan op onze beide sites, St-Elisabeth in Ukkel en St-Michiel in Etterbeek/Europese Wijk._
- In onze instelling worden dagelijks 2500 patiënten verzorgd. Onze 300 specialisten en 1800 personeelsleden zetten dag na dag hun competenties voor hen in om, met respect voor eenieder, een doeltreffende en correcte diagnose te stellen, een aangepaste behandeling voor te stellen en een gepersonaliseerde benadering te waarborgen. Wij kunnen hiervoor een beroep doen op geavanceerde medische technologie in een moderne infrastructuur zodat we aan elke patiënt de beste zorgkwaliteit kunnen bieden, in alle veiligheid en met maximaal comfort._
- Om ons team te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een _**_Business Analyst (m/v/x)._**

**Uw verantwoordelijkheden**:
Als lid van het team beheerscontrole in de afdeling Financiën zorgt u voor financiële analyses en rapportages over de verschillende activiteiten van de Ziekenhuizen, helpt u bij het nemen van strategische beslissingen en neemt u deel aan het opstellen en bewaken van het budget in nauwe samenwerking met de verschillende spelers in het veld en de directie.

Daarnaast formuleert u op basis van de uitgevoerde analyses op eigen initiatief voorstellen voor mogelijke verbeteringen van de interne en externe processen van de instelling.

U neemt de volgende taken op:

- Maandelijkse financiële en activiteitenrapporten opstellen voor de directie en de verschillende stakeholders
- Monitoren van maandafsluitingen en analyseren van afwijkingen ten opzichte van budgetten
- Opstellen van budgetten op basis van input van de verschillende afdelingen binnen de instelling
- Bijdragen aan de analyse van de verschillende posten in het budget van financiële middelen
- Monitoren van financiële ratio’s, kasstroomanalyses en investeringsprojecten
- Identificeren en monitoren van diverse procesoptimalisatieprojecten die van invloed zijn op de financiële resultaten van de verschillende afdelingen
- Uitvoeren van diverse ad-hocanalyses om het management te adviseren met behulp van business intelligence tools
- Zorgen voor duidelijke en transparante communicatie van financiële en managementinformatie tussen de verschillende betrokken partijen

**Uw profiel**:

- Bachelor of master met economische of financiële oriëntatie
- Tweetalig (NL-FR)
- Analytisch en samenvattend vermogen
- Kritisch, detailgericht en nauwgezet
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken
- In staat zijn om samen te werken, ook in niet-hiërarchische relaties met de verschillende niveaus van de instelling
- Flexibele en dynamische houding
- Duidelijke en gestructureerde communicatie
- Respect voor deadlines
- Kennis van standaard IT-toepassingen (MS Office suite); kennis van business intelligence tools (QlikView, Cognos) is een troef
- Een eerste ervaring in financial of business controlling en/of kennis van ziekenhuisfinanciering vormt een troef
