Ben je een **Fiscalist**-**Tax specialist**, die reeds meerdere jaren ervaring heeft in **tax **compliance werk in een consultancy bedrijf of een grote organisatie?
Ben je gebeten door **fiscaliteit**, werk je graag zelfstandig en volg je graag de fiscale wetgeving op de voet?
Wil je daarbovenop het liefst terechtkomen in een **internationale organisatie** met een open en collegiale sfeer, waarbij je ruimte krijgt om initiatieven te nemen en de kans krijgt om veel te leren op vlak van **BTW** én **corporate tax**? Dan ben je de **Fiscalist** die wij zoeken

**Jouw takenpakket als Tax Specialist**:
Je wordt opgeleid door de senior tax specialist -die binnen één jaar op pensioen gaat
- om hem op te volgen en rapporteert aan jouw leidinggevende. Na een inwerkperiode word je verantwoordelijk voor alle fiscale aangelegenheden van 2 legale entiteiten in België en een aantal vaste inrichtingen in het buitenland. Je volgt de fiscale wetgeving op de voet, geeft praktische adviezen aan de verschillende entiteiten en werkt mee aan impactvolle businessprojecten:

- Beheer van de fiscale compliance activiteiten voor directe en indirecte belastingen in België en het buitenland: berekening, registratie en aangiftes van inkomstenbelastingen en indirecte belastingen, BTW- en vennootschapsbelastingaangiftes, CbC-rapportage,
- Voorbereiding en coördinatie van belastingcontroles in België en de buitenlandse entiteiten, interne controles uitvoeren om de nauwkeurigheid van belastinggegevens te garanderen
- Goede relaties onderhouden met lokale belastingautoriteiten via proactieve voorbereiding en tijdige opvolging van jouw fiscale dossiers
- Het bedrijf vertegenwoordigen in nationale en internationale werkgroepen, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met het tax departement van het moederhuis (op groepsniveau)
- Toezien op correcte naleving en documentatie rond transfer pricing
- Op de hoogte blijven van wijzigingen in de lokale en internationale wetgeving en deze correct vertalen naar het bedrijf en de bestaande interne procedures

**Jouw profiel**:

- Masterdiploma in een economische of juridische richting, aangevuld met minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een specialistenrol als **fiscalist** (intern binnen een bedrijf of bij een advieskantoor) en
- Bij voorkeur ben je erkend **belastingadviseur** ( **ITAA**-titel)
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (interne en externe contacten)
- Leergierig (op de hoogte blijven van Belgische en internationale fiscale wet
- en regelgeving)
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken, graag verantwoordelijkheid nemen, proactief en oplossingsgericht
- Sterk cijfermatig-analytisch onderlegd
- Goede drietaligheid NL/ENG en FR
- Vlot PC-vaardig (MS Office), kennis van SAP is een pluspunt
