Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Jazeker, en uitdagend ook.
**Functiebeschrijving**
Als Business Continuity Manager e-Health zorg je er samen met je collega’s voor dat de miljoenen berichten die burgers, ziekenhuizen, artsen, verpleegkundigen, enz, met elkaar uitwisselen veilig en snel aankomen. Deze elektronische snelweg zorgt ervoor dat patiënten lange wachttijden vermijden en dat mensen die in de zorg werken snel toegang hebben tot informatie. Je rol bestaat erin toe te zien op en te zorgen voor de goede werking en de kwaliteit van deze uitwisselingen en in te grijpen in geval van problemen of incidenten.
De best practices uit de zorg en uit de IT komen hier samen. Vandaag bestaat er al een nauwkeurige technische opvolging.Je bouwt die verder uit vanuit het standpunt van de gebruiker en waar mogelijk automatiseer je zaken. Je hebt dit systeem zelf ook nodig om in te grijpen in het geval van problemen of incidenten.
Een belangrijk deel van je opdracht is erop toezien dat alle partners kwaliteit belangrijk vinden en hier ook aan werken. Indien nodig initieer je projecten om de kwaliteit te verbeteren.
Als er dan toch een storing is, ben jij samen met je collega’s het aanspreekpunt om de precieze gevolgen te duiden voor patiënten, artsen,. Jij coördineert de teams die aan een oplossing werken en je beslist mee over de te nemen maatregelen.
**Profiel**
Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
Je hebt ervaring met het beheer van IT-systemen en interesse in de zorgsector of je hebt ervaring in de zorgsector met een algemene kennis van IT. Werkervaring met ITIL-normen is a pluspunt.
Je bent flexibel en bereid om in te grijpen om een vlotte elektronische uitwisseling van berichten te verzekeren.
Je sterke analytische vaardigheden stellen je in staat complexe processen snel te doorgronden en terug te brengen tot hun essentie. Je wilt ook actief meewerken aan het opzetten en verbeteren van bestaande processen.
Je bent goed in het coördineren van activiteiten en gaat gemakkelijk langdurige relaties aan met partners.
Je beschikt ook over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
Je bent enthousiast, betrokken, klant
- en resultaatgericht.
Tot slot druk je je vlot uit in het Frans.
