**Whom are we looking for?**

Do you want to work with a highly motivated international team in an exciting, rewarding, and dynamic environment? We are looking for a passionate and committed Scrum Master who can help us in transforming our organization from a Waterfall to an Agile company. As a Scrum Master, you are the facilitator and agile coach for the team.

**What would be your role?**
- Promoting and supporting the Agile team in following the Scrum process
- Educating the team in Agile values, principles, practices and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, XP, DevOps,)
- Coaching the team in self-management
- Helping the team focus on creating an increment of value in each iteration
- Facilitating the removal of impediments to the team’s progress
- Ensuring that all team events take place and are productive
- Creating the environment for continuous improvement supporting the overall Agile implementation
- Assist the Product Owner in refining the backlog

You will report to the CT-IS Competence and Process Manager.

**What are we looking for in you?**

You would have a good blend of business and IT technical skills. Specific requirements for this position include:

- Having a bachelor’s degree in IT, or equivalent by experience
- Possessing an in-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum. You have at least 5 years of experience as a (certified) Scrum Master in an Agile IT development team. Knowledge about Agile scaling practices is a plus.
- Knowing how to use tools to accommodate efficient collaborations (Confluence, Jira, Teams, and so on).
- Having a CEFR C1-level in English verbal and writing skills (or similar). Dutch verbal skills are considered a plus.
- Knowledge of different Sales & Marketing processes in a customer center of an industrial company is considered an asset.
- Experience in working in a large international company is a plus.
