**Wat zal je job inhouden?**:
Als onze Sea Explorer ben jij de kenner van de zeeën, verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de coördinatie van importzendingen over de oceaan. Samen met een bemanning van klanten, leveranciers en douane-experts zorg je ervoor dat de zendingen vlot en op tijd hun bestemming bereiken.
Een omschrijving van onze ideale toekomstige collega:
- Jij hebt de touwtjes in handen voor het hele importavontuur: van het regelen van transport tot het jongleren met documenten, en van de douane-inklaringen tot het verzekeren van een vlekkeloze levering
- Je houdt regelmatig contact met onze klanten om ze op de hoogte te brengen over hun zendingen en sta je klaar om hun vragen te beantwoorden en problemen op te lossen met een glimlach die helderder schijnt dan een vuurtoren
- Onderhandelaar als het gaat om het kiezen van de juiste vervoerders en het bedingen van de beste tarieven. Jouw strategieën zorgen ervoor dat de lading veilig en op tijd zijn haven bereikt.
- Behandelen van belangrijke documenten, waaronder vrachtbrieven, douanepapieren en meer. Alles om ervoor te zorgen dat alles voldoet aan de regels en voorschriften.
**Wat zoeken we?**:
Wat breng je mee?
- Minstens 4 jaar ervaring binnen Freight Forwarding (Zeevracht)
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
- Je bent vlot in het aanleren van nieuwe computerprogramma's
- IMDG + Codex opleiding (bij voorkeur)
