In this position you will play a vital role in assisting the Regional Planner/Planning Lead in managing and optimizing supply and inventory processes for the assigned region, business unit, channel within the Sales, Operations and Execution (S&OE) period. You will also act as a key support contact for regional stakeholders, such as Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Quality, Procurement, Master Data Management, and Finance, to address S&OE-related issues.

**What your role will be?**

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Regional Planning Lead, you will have the opportunity to:
**Internal Customer Coordination**
- Communicate product availability and lead times to regional stakeholders.
- Lead or participate in supply calls and address inventory inquiries by retrieving and verifying information.
- Follow up on constrained or out-of-stock items with upstream supply chain stakeholders, escalating issues as necessary.
- Manage customer-specific services, including inventory and service-level reporting.
- Provide timely updates to commercial stakeholders on backorders and supply constraints.

**Replenishment**
- Serve as the key regional liaison for GTC, Warehousing, Logistics, and Planning teams.
- Oversee inventory rotation, stock coordination, and inter-warehouse rebalancing in local warehouses.
- Manage replenishment for secondary warehouses and coordinate warehouse rebalancing with periodic reporting.
- Track shipments in transit, resolve delays, and monitor shipment processes.
- Handle the daily Abnormal Demand Process in collaboration with the demand planning team.
- Mitigate supply disruptions with customer service and SBU supply teams.
- Oversee regional product rework activities such as relabeling, repackaging, and sample batching.
- Support intercompany air freight transfer planning and provide monthly financial inventory provisions.
- Ensure accurate and visible information for direct shipments by coordinating with process owners.

**Reporting, Insights, and Continuous Improvement**
- Gather, analyze, and provide periodic or ad-hoc reports on supply and demand metrics.
- Drive process improvements through data insights, automation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop automated solutions for stakeholders to enhance reporting and efficiency.

**Demand Planning**
- Support demand planning tasks, including forecast uploads, trend analysis, and onboarding opportunities.

**What will you bring to Ansell**?**
- Demonstrated Supply Chain/ Logistics knowledge and Supply/Demand planning experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Proven record of managing customer relationships with respect to product availability
- Proficient in ERP systems, supply planning processes and advanced PC skills, especially Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Experienced in customer service operations, strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Customer-focused, excellent communicator, and proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
- Organized, process-oriented, and self-driven with strong problem-solving and results-oriented skills.
- Adaptable and open-minded, thrives in fast-paced, multicultural, and dynamic environments while managing complexity and ambiguity.
- Experience in multinational matrix organisation a plus
- Languages: fluent English (written & spoken), any other languages a plus
