**DE JOB**:
Binnen Infrabel werd een nieuwe dienst opgericht om de samenwerking met de havens (voornamelijk de havens van Antwerpen-Brugge en Gent) verder te ontwikkelen en er samen voor te zorgen dat de modal shift naar het spoor gerealiseerd kan worden. Met het oog op de vele te realiseren projecten en de uitdagingen die voor ons liggen, zijn we op zoek naar een project leader om ons huidige team van 4 medewerkers uit te breiden.

In deze nieuwe functie heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

- Je beheert en coördineert projecten die gericht zijn op de behoeften van havens, met als doel een "modal shift" naar het goederenvervoer per spoor te realiseren. Je bereidt Infrabel ook voor op een stijgend gebruik van het spoor in en vanuit de havens.
- Je werkt mee aan het ontwerp van projecten alsook aan gerichte acties om te voldoen aan de behoeften en verwachtingen van de havens op het vlak van de "modal shift" naar goederenvervoer per spoor.
- Je monitort en coördineert de vooruitgang die wordt geboekt binnen de verschillende ontwikkelingspijlers die werden bepaald. Die zijn onder meer gericht op het realiseren van doelstellingen voor ’Flow management’ en het voortdurend optimaliseren van de processen hiervoor nodig.
- Je ontwikkelt processen die bedoeld zijn om alle stakeholders in de verschillende projecten te raadplegen en te betrekken, en houdt die in stand.
- Je treedt op als ambassadeur van de havens binnen Infrabel en als ambassadeur van Infrabel naar de havens en hun bedrijven toe.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat je voortdurend op de hoogte bent van nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen je sector, om een geloofwaardige en betrouwbare partner te zijn.

Het betreft een functie van het niveau van Rang 3, en van klasse 6 volgens het New Reward Plan (NRP).

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je hebt een masterdiploma in een relevante sector, zoals logistiek, economische en managementwetenschappen, enz.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een sector die verband houdt met logistieke stromen in de havens, spoorwegen of logistiek in het algemeen.
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en hebt een goed niveau in Frans. Je kan ook een gesprek in het Engels voeren.
- Je kan vlot werken met Excel en Powerpoint.
- Je bent creatief ingesteld bij het zoeken naar oplossingen.
- Je bent open minded en zet in op collectieve intelligentie om het best mogelijke resultaat te bereiken.
- Je bent een teamspeler.
- Je weet de theorie gemakkelijk om te zetten naar de praktijk: bij het zoeken naar oplossingen heb je onmiddellijk oog voor de praktische aspecten. Je stapt gemakkelijk op mensen toe, je legt vlot contact en in je communicatie ben je duidelijk en professioneel.Infrabel wil de maatschappelijke diversiteit weerspiegeld zien in haar medewerkers. **DE WERKOMGEVING**:

In eerste instantie zullen we Invulling geven aan onze verplichtingen opgenomen in het Performantiecontract inzake modal shift van goederenvervoer naar het spoor zoals:

- Efficiënter Flow Management.
- Oplossingen voor een efficiëntere “last mile” in de havens.
- Lange termijn visie voor het beheer van de trieerheuvel Antwerpen-Noord.
