Ben jij klaar om de leiding te nemen op bouwplaatsen en te zorgen voor vlekkeloze coördinatie? Als Site Supervisor HVAC/SAN ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor ons team en onze klanten in Brussel. Laat je leiderschap schitteren en ontdek hoe je een cruciale rol kunt spelen in ons dynamische buildingsteam.

Als Site Supervisor staat u in voor de dagelijkse coördinatie op de werf en het opmaken van de planning.

**Een greep uit uw takenpakket**:
Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de werf voor de meestergast, de onderaannemer en de klant ;
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het werk van uw eigen team en dat van de onderaannemers ;
Je waakt over kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement ;
Je staat in voor het opvolgen en bestellen van materiaal, alsook de logistieke opvolging om het materiaal ter plaatse te krijgen ;
Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en anticipeert op mogelijke problemen in de toekomst.

Wat we zoeken

Diploma. Je bent in het bezit van een diploma technisch onderwijs.
Ervaring. Je hebt minstens 5 jaar werfervaring.
Hard skills. Je hebt een sterke technische kennis van HVAC of sanitaire installaties en je kan technische schema's en plannen vlot lezen en interpreteren.
Goede kennis van het Frans & Nederlands. Je leest en schrijft vlot, en spreekt op conversatieniveau in de 2 talen.
Teamplayer. Je beschikt over de kwaliteit om je collega's te motiveren en samen met hen aan de slag te gaan.
Communicatie. Je hebt de vaardigheid om je ideeën, standpunten en boodschappen op een heldere, overtuigende en gestructureerde manier te communiceren naar verschillende stakeholders.
Empathisch vermogen. Je bent in staat om jezelf in anderen te verplaatsen en hun perspectieven en gevoelens te begrijpen.
Flexibiliteit. Je hebt een sterk aanpassingsvermogen en bent in staat om snel te reageren en je aan te passen aan nieuwe omstandigheden wanneer deze zich voordoen.
