As Account Executive, you drive deals from the first discovery meeting to contract signature. This means that you will find and qualify leads, drive sales and close strategic opportunities with prospects.
You are directly responsible for educating prospects, providing inspiring product demonstrations, and winning over companies’ key stakeholders as they transition from prospect to customer. As an Account Executive you are expected to enlarge your spheres of influence by meeting and leveraging influential C-levels. By being on the front line, you are the eyes and ears of the company.
You’ll closely work together with a dedicated Business Development Representative, who is fully focused on qualifying and booking discovery meetings for you. You understand, however, that it’s your end-responsibility to hit your sales quota and are committed to making your hands dirty for own prospection work if needed. On the other side you’ll strongly collaborate with our Professional Services and Customer Success Team, who are responsible for onboarding all clients you bring on board, and turning them into life-long happy customers.
As an Account Executive, you remain the commercial SPOC across the entire customer journey, making you responsible for successfully managing up
- and cross-selling conversations too, in close collaboration with our Customer Success Team.

You naturally desire to seek new contacts and opportunities. Your prospecting, planning, and closing skills are second to none. No deal is too big or small. Networking and relationship building comes naturally to you. You know what to say and when to say it.
You are a person with a growth mindset and with a team spirit that can collaborate across different pillars and levels. You act as a trusted advisor with both internal and external stakeholders. You are passionate about digital transformation and understanding and solving customers’ problems. You know the importance of working as a team. Partnering and leading with internal and external resources is critical in solution selling, and you know how to engage and empower multiple partners and colleagues to maximise success.
Your profile:
- You have several years of relevant sales experience (SaaS experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of overachieving your quota
- Experience managing and closing complex deals & selling to senior stakeholders
- Have strong written & verbal communication skills (Dutch & English)
- Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up and analytical skills
- Have a great attitude and ability to collaborate across teams
