We are now seeking a Commercial Specialist r for Customer Brands UK, IE and Northern Europe Cluster to help us in further building the future of food. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe.

This role will be based in Roeselare

In this role you will have the opportunity to support the and influence both internal and external relationships to support growth in line with Paulig strategy. Key expectations will be:

- Customer contact

Responding to customer requests (answering client questions & responding to complaints

Gather customer feedback & satisfaction to exceed expectations & capture customer needs (in terms of closely connecting with the customer) & share with relevant internal teams

Reporting on client turnover to clients

Commercial customer portal management

Attend online and on site customer supplier info sharing sessions

Coordinating customer IT transitional programs

Account support

Forecasting support on client inventory related activities

Promotion management (completing info in CB systems, alignment with supply planning team)

Stock management (follow-up on obsoletes & outdated stock risks)

Stock management (weekly finished product follow-up and report to stakeholders, incl attending at UK planning meeting)

Completing logistic & quality documents

Administration work ( approving supplier invoices / 3rd party commission invoicing )

Project coordination of product adjustment activities; SPEC project follow-up, technical packaging work related to specifications, artwork, print service coordination & coordination of samples

Sales manager backup - direct customer contact/eyes & ears production

Sustainable packaging transition management & PPT administration

Business development

Offer, pricing & contract management support

Support business development opportunities proactively by identifying new sales opportunities

Support sales managers with creating key account plans for priority customers: prepare 'customer files' for customer visits of KAM.
