**Project Manager Industrial Coating.**:
**De functie**:
Als Project Manager Industriële Coatings ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, planning en aansturen uitvoering van de verkochte projecten. Je taken daarbij zijn:

- Eens een project verkocht is, overleg je met de verkoop voor de overdracht van het dossier en verzeker je de **opvolging van de klant van A tot Z.**:

- Je treedt op als officieel contactpersoon van de klant en zorgt voor een **sterke klantenbinding.**:

- Voor de toegewezen portefeuille waarborg je het administratief **beheer van de klantendossiers**.
- Voor de** planning en organisatie van de werven**, ben je in nauw contact met de bouwheer, studiebureau, architect en andere aannemers.
- Je analyseert de plannen, bestelt de materialen en overlegt met de leveranciers.
- Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling van het zakencijfer (one shots, nieuwe klanten, verlenging van een contract).
- Om de rendabiliteit van de portefeuille van klanten te verzekeren, zorg je voor de exacte **opvolging van de vorderingsstaten** van de werken/werven.
- Je beslist over en beheert een team **arbeiders**, **ploegbazen **en **meestergasten **(aanwerving, ontslag, vervangingen, beheer van de verlofdagen,....).
- Om te verzekeren dat de werkzaamheden efficiënt en kwalitatief uitgevoerd worden, volg je het team van experts en installateurs op tijdens de** wekelijkse werfbezoeken** en woon je de **werfvergaderingen **bij.
- Je zorgt voor het tijdig **factureren **van je klantenportefeuille en **rapporteert **aan de Business Director.

**Jouw profiel**:

- Je hebt **ervaring als leidinggevende of projectmanager in de industriële en/of bouwsector**:

- Je genoot een hogere technische opleiding of gelijkaardig door ervaring en je hebt een hoge dosis technische affiniteit
- Je bent **Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels en het Frans.**:

- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van MS Office (Excel, Word en Outlook)
- Je hebt een relevante ervaring in het opmaak van budgetten en begrotingen in de sector.
- Je weet van aanpakken en plannen zit jou in het bloed.
- Je combineert een sterke resultaat -, en servicegerichtheid en koppelt deze met een flexibele en proactieve ingesteldheid.
