**Departement**
Binnen Aon bestaan verschillende grensoverschrijdende "Practice Groups" die gespecialiseerd zijn in bepaalde sectoren of specifieke domeinen. De afdeling Aon Public Markets in België bestaat vandaag uit een team van 5 medewerkers, gespecialiseerd in risico’s en verzekeringen rekening houdend wetgeving overheidsopdrachten. Kleine steden en gemeentes maar ook grote publieke entiteiten doen beroep op het team om hun verzekeringen te plaatsen en te beheren.
**Functie**:
- Je bent een belangrijke schakel in een klein tweetalig team
- Je hebt rechtstreeks contacten met verzekeringsmaatschappijen en klanten
- Samen met de broker begeleid je audits en overheidsopdrachten van verzekeringsportefeuilles
- Lijsten opmaken en polissen inventariseren
- Je vergelijkt de dekkingen en voorwaarden van deze polissen en maakt mee de lastenboeken klaar
- Je zorgt voor de eindopmaak van auditrapporten en lastenboeken
- Je zorgt voor de planning, aanpassing data en opvolging ervan
- Samen met het commerciële team zoek je naar mogelijkheden om de portefeuille en dienstverlening uit te breiden
- Je werkt mee aan de opmaak van nieuwe templates
- Je maakt rapporten op van de staff meetings, beheert planning en deadlines in het kader van lopende projecten
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt een Master TEW, Rechten of Bachelor in de Verzekeringen
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans, en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je bent commercieel ingesteld en een echte service minded teamplayer
- Je bent georganiseerd en je kan goed prioriteiten stellen
- Je bent leergierig en hebt snel nieuwe materie onder de knie
