**Sarawak Belux** is een gevestigde waarde op de markt van **Field Marketing Agentschappen** in België. Het bedrijf is actief in **Brand Activation, Field Sales, Merchandising & Marketing Logistics**.
Naast de traditionele Field Marketing diensten is Sarawak ook actief als partner voor **Headhunting & Outsourcing** binnen de scope van Sales, Marketing & Administratieve profielen.
**Sarawak** heeft zich ontwikkeld tot een **modern dynamisch bedrijf** in volle expansie.
Om de verdere groei van het bedrijf te ondersteunen gaan we op zoek naar een ervaren en enthousiaste Project Manager voor ons (Multivendor) Merchandising teams specifiek voor onze FMCG, DIY, COS, toys projecten.
**Jouw functie**:
Als **Project Manager **werk je op onze Field Sales & Merchandising afdeling. Als onderdeel van dit jong en dynamisch team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van onze (Multivendor) merchandisers.
- Je verzorgt dagelijks contact met het team
- Je coördineert het team die op de baan is
- Je begrijpt de behoeften van de klanten en voldoet aan hun verwachtingen;
- Je analyseert de verkoopresultaten en verwerkt deze tot een debriefing naar de klant alsook naar het team;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het updaten van klanten systemen op basis van feedback van winkelbezoeken;
- Je verzorgt merchandisingcampagnes bij nieuwe productlanceringen;
- Het respecteren van procedures, deadlines en het behalen van de vooropgestelde KPI’s
- Je gaat op zoek naar toppers die mee zullen werken aan jouw projecten
**Wie ben jij?**
- Je bent een teamplayer en hebt zeker geen 9 to 5 mentaliteit
- Merchandising heeft voor jou geen geheimen en je hebt hier al enkele jaren ervaring in, ervaring als teamleider is zeker een plus
- Je hebt ervaring in één van volgende sectoren: FMCG, DIY, COS en toys
- Je bent vlot in beide landstalen, Nederlands en Frans, zowel gesproken als in schrift
- Je hebt een goede commerciële feeling en klantencontact
- Je bent sterk organisatorisch en analytisch en hebt een goede ervaring met Excel en de ander Microsoft tools
- Je bent in staat om zelfstandig en proactief te werk te gaan
- Je bent een "People Manager"
