Notre client situé à **Bruxelles**, à deux pas de la gare du Nord, dans des bureaux **très modernes**, est le plus grand prestataire de services en matière hypothécaire. Cette entreprise, dotée d’une **culture ouverte**, est constituée de 200 collaborateurs et est à la recherche d’un(e) HR Manager qui rapportera au Managing Director.
Vos tâches seront **diverses et variées** : vous êtes responsable, en plus de l’administration HR, de la mise en œuvre stratégique relative au « Talent Acquisition », « Talent Retention » ou encore « Talent Development ». Divers projets seront également sur la table comme l’exécution d’un plan cafétaria, police de rémunération ou encore l’automatisation des process HR.
Nous recherchons une personne ayant une expérience de** minimum 10 ans** en tant que HR Manager/HR Business Partner ou HR Advisor. Vous disposez d’excellentes connaissances en législation sociale. En outre, vous vous exprimez parfaitement en** français et néerlandais** et avez un bon niveau d’anglais. Vous travaillez avec un esprit collaboratif et proactivement.
Notre client vous offre une position de HR manager au sein d’une société où il y a beaucoup de projets à réaliser et d'initiatives à prendre. Celle-ci vous offre un **package salarial attractif** (entre 4000 et 7000€ bruts) accompagné d’avantages extralégaux y compris une **voiture de société** ou encore 320€ nets de frais de représentation.
