**Als Health & Safety Coördinator binnen ons prestigieus project op het Viaduct Vilvoorde, heb je een veelzijdige functie waarin je onder andere verantwoordelijk bent voor het opvolgen van verbetermaatregelen. De lead nemen in incident/ongevallenonderzoeken en evalueren van preventiemaatregelen is een focuspunt. Je coördineert hierbij de verschillende preventieadviseurs met betrekking tot dit project en coacht leidinggevenden op vlak van HSE Coach.

**De job**:
- Je maakt het HSE-plan op voor de THV.
- Je coördineert de preventieadviseurs van de onderaannemers en de THV-partners. Daarbij toets je ook het HSE-plan af met hen.
- Je staat in voor HSE ondersteuning van de werf (ondersteuning werkvoorbereiders bij opmaak methode en uitvoeringsprocedures, ondersteuning werfleiders voor toolboxen, voorbereiding voor rondgangen, back-up voor werfintroductie nieuwe werknemers,).
- Je beheert en volgt registratie op van toolboxen en werfintroducties.
- Je zorgt voor een actief beheer van rondgangen en observaties in BIM360 Field - daarbij zorg je dat de juiste acties bij de juiste personen zitten.
- Je ondersteunt de werf in oplossen van veiligheidsissues
- Je maakt specifieke veiligheidsdocumenten op (safety-flashes, algemene werf-toolboxen,).
- Je neemt de lead in incident/ongevallenonderzoeken en evalueert de preventiemaatregelen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor HSE rapportering aan de Project Manager en disciplines
- Je coacht leidinggevenden op vlak van HSE.
**Wie ben jij?**:
- Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens een diploma Preventieadviseur niveau 3.
- Je behaalde een bachelor of master in bouwkunde en hebt al enkele jaren ervaring als (Q)HSE Coach binnen infrastructuurwerken of je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider.
- Je bent flexibel ingesteld en hebt een goed organisatorisch inzicht.
- Je kan goed zelfstandig werken en bent communicatief sterk.
- Verder ben je een betrouwbaar iemand, punctueel ingesteld en staat sterk in je schoenen.
- Je hebt een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands.
- Je hebt ervaring met het werken in een grote ploeg of staat hier zeker voor open, je zal hier terecht komen bij een groter ervaren werfteam.
- Je bent in de eerste fase van het project voor 50% inzetbaar, in functie van de evolutie van de werf kan deze inzetbaarheid opgetrokken worden tot 100% in overleg.
