**A day in the life of an Analyst / Associate in the Infrastructure Sector**
Working in the front office, you will be involved in the origination, structuring, negotiation, execution and monitoring of transactions in the Infrastructure sector. We cover primarily infrastructure funds, as well as infrastructure companies (e.g. airports, regulated utilities) and infrastructure projects in EMEA.
Depending on experience, job level and background, the role includes a.o.:
- Assist with pitching, origination and execution of new transactions
- Run sensitivity analysis on financial models and occasionally develop our own models
- Draft new business proposals, credit modifications and annual reviews
- Perform client and credit administration primarily through timely, complete and correct data input and data management in the relevant support systems in line with internal procedures and guidelines
- Participate in client and bank calls/meetings

As an Analyst or Associate within the Infrastructure sector team, you:
- Have developed strong numerical, analytical and writing skills
- Have an interest for the Infrastructure sector and/or structured finance
- Are a true team player
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in French or Dutch
- Have a strong eye for detail in all deliverables
**As an Analyst or Associate, you will have the opportunity to**:

**The team**
We are looking for our next colleague to join our Brussels-based Infrastructure Sector team within Wholesale Banking.
Our team is part of ING’s global Infrastructure franchise located in Brussels, London, Madrid, New York and Sydney.
Our Brussels team acts as a centre of excellence, thus our geographical scope is the wider EMEA region, so you will work primarily on international transactions.
We aim to provide creative multi-product solutions through a broad range of services (from debt capital markets, to a.o. sustainability linked products), and our team is expert in delivering acquisition financing, traditional project finance, whole business securitisation and portfolio financing structures.
