Job description
Achieve business, store goals and customer satisfaction in coherence with brand values and identity, ensuring the respect of procedures, guide-lines and company procedures which have been assigned.
Profile

**Customer service**:

- Welcome and first interaction with the client: welcome all customers and engage with the client, demonstrating a good level of product and brand knowledge.
- Discovery of Client’s needs: get to know your clients, exploring their expectations and lifestyle.
- Product presentation: transform all the information into a product proposal, rebutting any objections and making use of all relevant training tools to present the collection.
- Leading the closure: close the sale by enlarging the offer and developing new desires.
- Extend the experience: create loyalty and give the client a good reason to come back soon by using CRM tools.
- Products and stock: demonstrate good knowledge of the product and the brand’s history; have a clear idea of the range present in the store.
- After-sales service: be a clear and welcoming first point of contact for all customer needs, deal with any issues raised from requests in after-sales activities (e.g. product change, repair, maintenance and cleaning information, etc.) with a positive attitude. Ability to refer customer needs or complaints to the SM or AM in the correct way, ensuring the customers expectations are always met.

**Store operations and expectations**:

- Visual Merchandising: merchandise products in accordance with company standards, keeping the HQ Visual Team informed of any changes; take care of replenishment; keep all areas of the store clean.
- Stock organization: make sure stock is organized in line with company policies; ensure all stock areas are efficiently maintained and easy to use (e.g. divided into categories, colors, season, etc.).
- Cash/admin: complete all paperwork following all guidelines and time lines provided by the company; make sure all cash admin is completed in an accurate and legible manner and handle all till transactions correctly, solving any problems that may occur.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 years of experience
- Good standing
- Organized and accurate
- Able to work in fast pace environment
- Flexible
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for the industry and brand
- Fluent in Dutch and English (preferably also French)
