**The Opportunity**
Administrative support of data and CRM with goal to improve data quality. Let our customers have a nice feeling in handling our customer service.
- Keep CRM system up-to-date
- Setup new accounts
- Mapping accounts to Targit
- Keep memberlists consolidated groups up to date.
- Daily support sales team regarding CRM issues
- Handling Data change requests Other
- Monthly reporting of ‘red prices’ for product managers
- Be Transparent: Management of the be.transparent database + Yearly reporting on the be.transparent platform
- Reading and correcting brochures
- Back-up Office Manager and Info.be mailbox
- Enthusiastic, flexible and team player
- Strong computer literacy including Excel
- Language: Dutch/French/English fluently
