**The mission of the job**:
The Fulfilment Coordinator is end-to-end responsible for supplying Telenet Business products and services, and provides the necessary support, management, advice and access to internal and external customers.

1. Analyzes, checks and processes all deliveries, so that they can go through the proposed process in a technically feasible manner and thereby also supports technicians and customers. 2. Prepares, defines and follows up partial assignments to internal and external parties so that the agreements made, the delivery times and the SLAs are monitored or realized. 3. Continuously informs and obtains information from customers and other stakeholders (internal and/or external) about the status, quality and progress of the tasks in order to optimize the cooperation between the services. He/she thereby represents the interests of Telenet in this respect. 4. Keeps the documentation of delivered lines and services up-to-date by means of the tools and databases provided for that purpose. 5. Consolidates and reports lead times to internal and external customers in order to monitor whether the implementation process is running efficiently and in accordance with the agreed budgets and timings. 6. Analyzes the IT systems used and monitors the processes, with incident management and its follow up/escalation being a necessary part of supporting future IT releases.
**Interactions/ Interpersonal skills**:
Acts as the first point of contact for various (supportive) departments within and outside Telenet. Supports internal sales customers, technicians and business partners. Communicates, mediates and interacts with internal/external customers and stakeholders in a professional and customer-oriented manner.
