As an ESG Controller, you will play a critical role in co-developing, implementing, and monitoring our ESG strategies and policies. Alongside the Sustainability Program & Project Managers, you will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with ESG standards and regulations, and you will be responsible for reporting on our ESG performance to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

- Collaborate with various departments to identify and automate the extraction of critical ESG data for efficient tracking and analysis.
- Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics, providing clear insights into our progress.
- Ensure full compliance with ESG regulations and standards, guaranteeing that our processes meet the highest requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to integrate ESG principles into business operations, driving sustainable practices across the organization.
- Prepare comprehensive ESG reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct ESG risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in ESG

You’ll be reporting directly to the FP&A Director, located in Ninove (BE).

- Master’s degr_ee_ with at least 2 years of relevant experience in controlling roles.
- Independent worker who excels at data analysis and can synthesize high-level insights.
- Structured thinker who plans with milestones and deadlines, ensuring efficient execution.
- Proficient in IT tools like Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
- Effective communicator with peers and management.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), Dutch proficiency is an added advantage.
