**We are looking for**:

- An experienced and dynamic IT Leader specializing in Network and IoT to join our IT team. As a Network Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our global network infrastructure, incorporating cutting-edge technologies like SASE (Secure Access Service Edge), SD-WAN, and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures.
- On top over the next two years, the appointed leader will spearhead the spin-off of our network and voice infrastructure from Solvay. Tasked with developing and executing a seamless exit strategy, towards an independent architecture. This role demands a strategic thinker with expertise in network and voice systems, capable of orchestrating a complex exit strategy in a dynamic global context.

- Develop and execute a global network strategy aligning with organizational objectives.
- Architect and implement network solutions, emphasizing SD-WAN technologies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, especially SASE, and integrate relevant advancements into our network framework.
- ** Cybersecurity**:

- Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity measures across the network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure the highest standards of data protection and threat mitigation.
- ** Team Management**:

- Build and lead a high-performance global network team.
- Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture.
- ** Budget and Resource Management**:

- Develop and manage the budget for the global network.
- Efficiently allocate resources to meet project timelines and organizational goals.

**Key-aspects**:

- Implement SASE: successfully integrate SASE and expand SD-WAN adoption across all global sites.
- Enhance Cybersecurity Posture: strengthen cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Team Development: build a skilled and cohesive global network team capable of delivering top-tier performance.
- Optimize Network Performance and user satisfaction: continuously optimize network performance to meet and exceed organizational requirements. Budget Efficiency: streamline network-related expenditures while maintaining a high level of service.

**You will bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role focused on Network and IOT management, preferably in a multinational setting.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing Network and security strategies for large user bases.
- Experience in managing complex technology migrations and lifecycle management.
- In-depth knowledge of Network (WAN, Lan, Wifi, Voice, IOT connectivity (Lorawan,Private APN,5G, etc ) and Cybersecurity (SASE, Zero trust,..)
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders. Proven experience in leading organizational change, particularly during technology migrations.
