Digital Transformation Specialist

Digital Transformation position
- Hays is looking for a Digital Transformation specialist for one of our clients in Overijse._

**The job**:
Within the broad "Data is the new electricity" framework, the focus of your position is to transform this company into a data-driven organization where data is readily available, strategically deployed and employees have the knowledge and tools to extract insights from that data.

**The role you will take**:

- You have a crystalline view of our current IT landscape and make recommendations to the local management team for its continuous improvement and adjustment.
- You understand how our systems and data flows work and ensure their continuous operation. You guide the business by interpreting data correctly and ensure knowledge building in the organization.
- You create reports in Power BI and ensure their use and knowledge building in the organization.
- You are ultimately responsible for organizing, centralizing and updating master data to support the business processes and transactions with reliable data. In doing so, you direct the master data steward.
- You support the sales and marketing organization in setting up data-driven marketing campaigns and lead generation
- You are the daily point of contact for logistics issues and are the driving force behind the implementation of new logistics solutions

**Your profile**:

- You get energy from working with data, systems and working out digital solutions and you have a strong IT affinity.
- You have knowledge of power BI, SQL, sharepoint, Power app and SAP.
- A true team player, you can work well with all departments.
- You have great learning and self-discipline and you are analytically very strong.
- You have a hands on mentality and like to dive into systems to understand things and then be able to optimize them.
