At MindGap, we are currently looking for a Market Researcher that speaks German to reinforce the project team. As a Market expert, you will play a very important role in the success of the project.

MindGap is a Healthcare Market Research consultancy focused on the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries. Through our unique approach to market research, we provide a wide array of services tailored to the specific needs of our Top Tier international clients.

We are committed to improving healthcare by bridging the knowledge gap, between healthcare providers, patients, payers and producers. Our goal is to bring clients and their customers closer together by providing valuable market insights that accurately guide them through the next steps on optimal market approach.

You will be responsible for:

- Gathering information and data points
- Interviewing and engaging in high-level discussions
- Building and maintaining interpersonal relationships with healthcare professionals and patients (panel management)
- Coordinating the overall recruitment process
- Researching project material and developing an in-depth knowledge of the project topic

Your profile:

- Result-driven: You thrive on meeting deadlines and you have a good sense of responsibility
- Organized: You excel in your organizational skills
- A Go-Getter: You love to take initiative and take ownership over your work
- Critical: You are not afraid to have a critical mind and ask questions
- You are fluent and 100% comfortable speaking and writing German on a professional level
- Excellent English: You are a good English speaker and writer
- Any other languages are considered an asset (Italian/Dutch/Spanish/French/ )
- A Team Player: You work well within a team and are communicative and open with your team members
