Beschik je over uitgebreide kennis van juridische zaken en heb je een passie voor je vakgebied? Haal je voldoening in het verstrekken van kwaliteitsvol advies en het aanpakken van complexe juridische vraagstukken? Dan kan dit je volgende uitdaging zijn.
**Wie zijn we?**
Fednot is de beroepsvereniging van het notariaat. Ze verdedigt de belangen van het notariaat en ondersteunt notariskantoren bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden: juridisch advies, beheer van het kantoor, IT-oplossingen, opleiding en informatie voor het grote publiek.
Fednot geeft advies over bijzonder complexe juridische kwesties, ondersteunt notarissen bij het beheer van hun kantoren en voorziet hen van databanken die geraadpleegd kunnen worden bij het opstellen en voorbereiden van notariële akten.
Fednot vertegenwoordigt meer dan 1.100 notariskantoren met 1.600 notarissen en meer dan 9.700 medewerkers. Fednot is de stuwende kracht achter het beroep om de positie van de notaris te versterken, het notariaat te blijven digitaliseren, de uitdagingen voor de toekomst te identificeren en de nodige stappen te ondernemen om deze uitdagingen aan te gaan.
Zo leveren de 200 collega's van Fednot een echte toegevoegde waarde en hebben ze een tastbare impact op het notariaat van vandaag en morgen.

Binnen ons team van juristen zijn de rollen even gevarieerd als boeiend:
- Legal Advisor gespecialiseerd in vennootschapsrecht;
- Legal Advisor gespecialiseerd in Vlaams administratief recht;
- Legal Advisor gespecialiseerd in goederen
- en verbintenissenrecht;
- Legal Advisor gespecialiseerd in fiscaal recht;
- Legal Advisor gespecialiseerd in notarieel recht;
- Legal Advisor gespecialiseerd in IPR;
- ...
Je rol gaat verder dan eenvoudig overleg. Als expert in je vakgebied geef je telefonisch, video (via Teams) en schriftelijk grondig juridisch advies om notarissen en hun medewerkers te ondersteunen in hun bijzonder complexe dossiers.
Je expertise beperkt zich niet tot juridische adviezen: je krijgt ook de kans je expertise te vertalen naar redactionele teksten bestemd voor juridische tijdschriften en andere gerenommeerde publicaties.
**Je profiel**:
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in rechten;
- Je hebt een zeer goede beheersing van het Nederlands of het Frans (met een goede kennis van de andere landstaal);
- Je hebt een analytisch denkvermogen;
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bent teamgericht.
