**Jouw bijdrage, jouw missies**:
Als Business Process Analyst bestaat je rol erin de behoeften van onze organisatie te begrijpen, je expertise als Business Analyst toe te passen op bestaande (of nog te ontwikkelen) processen, de geldigheid van nieuwe oplossingen voor te stellen en/of te verifiëren met als doel de interne processen te verbeteren.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

- De zakelijke en functionele behoeften van de organisatie analyseren en deze in een globaal perspectief plaatsen (process mapping);
- Deze analyses vertalen in Lean-georiënteerde voorstellen (Lean-projecten) ;
- Erop toezien dat de verbeteringsvoorstellen voldoen aan de behoeften van het bedrijf, de stakeholders en de algemene uit te rollen strategie;
- Daartoe de nodige acties bepalen en uitvoeren, rekening houdend met budgetten, timing, beschikbare middelen, enz. De processen beschrijven volgens de geldende Six Sigma-normen.
- Zo nodig correcties of aanpassingen voorstellen ;
- Deelnemen aan de coördinatie van lopende en/of toekomstige projecten;
- Een faciliterende rol spelen bij interacties met andere interne en externe betrokken partijen ;
- Erop toezien dat de kennis over deze zaken up-to-date blijft en nieuwe op de markt beschikbare opties analyseren; nagaan hoe zij op onze organisatie kunnen worden toegepast, en voorstellen formuleren aan het management;
- Op constructieve wijze in contact treden en samenwerken met de verschillende betrokken afdelingen ;
- Ontwerpen van de nodige reportingtools ter ondersteuning van het (top)management als hulpmiddel bij de besluitvorming;
- Ontwerpen en beschikbaar stellen van gepaste documentatie aan belanghebbenden en gebruikers ;
- Rapporteren aan het Service Head Performance & Compliance.

**Jouw opleiding en ervaring**:

- Je beschikt over een universitair diploma of gelijkwaardig in een zakelijke richting;
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar gelijkaardige ervaring, of 5 jaar zonder universitair diploma of gelijkwaardig;
- Je hebt een Lean Six Sigma certificering, of bij gebrek daaraan minstens twee jaar ervaring met deze methodologie;
- Je bent in staat multidisciplinaire en complexe analyses van gevarieerde omvang uit te voeren met verschillende betrokken partijen die je zal moeten mobiliseren;
- Je bent vertrouwd met de IT-omgeving.

- Je analyseert en integreert informatie afkomstig van verschillende bronnen;
- Je weet hoe je informatie moet synthetiseren en presenteren om het management te helpen bij de besluitvorming;
- Je bent in staat voorstellen te doen en nieuwe denkwijzen te suggereren;
- Je geeft aangepast advies aan je gesprekspartners en je bouwt zo je geloofwaardigheid op;
- Je staat open voor veranderingen en gevarieerde omstandigheden;
- Je bent Franstalig met idealiter een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels.
