Flexible Cleaner

Comfort Cleaning is looking for a multitasker: a flexible employee for periodic office cleaning.

As a multitasker in periodic office cleaning, you’ll be responsible for maintaining various client locations, including offices, stores, medical practices, restrooms, cafeterias, and common areas in residential buildings across the wide region from Kortrijk to Ghent.

Your flexibility and motivation are your greatest assets.

**Job description**:

- You’ll step in for colleagues who are unexpectedly absent and assist with large tasks.
- You’ll take on additional tasks that fall outside the regular cleaning schedule.
- You’ll oversee the team during customer transitions, ensuring a smooth handover.
- You’ll actively help where needed and step in to cover for colleagues when they’re absent.
- You’ll come up with solutions for hard-to-clean areas and ensure everything is spotless.
- You’ll provide on-the-job training and guidance to new team members.
- You’ll temporarily handle cleaning tasks for new clients until they are permanently scheduled.

- You are driven and have a strong work ethic.
- You’re flexible and adaptable to last-minute changes in the schedule.
- You enjoy working independently, but you’re also a team player.
- You take responsibility for your workspace and respect your equipment and company vehicle.
- You can start as early as 6 AM and are available until 5 PM.
- If you start at 6 AM, your workday ends around 2 PM; if you work until 5 PM, you start later in the morning.
- You have a valid driver’s license (B).
