Roles & Responsibilities
Develop effective testing plans encompassing various test scenarios for our digital channels.
Execute comprehensive tests to identify potential issues and bugs.
Document bugs meticulously using Jira tool, providing detailed reports for developers to facilitate fine-tuning.
Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and prioritize test procedures.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to propose effective solutions to identified bugs.
Technical Skills Required
In-depth knowledge of banking digital channels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts in common language.
Exceptional attention to detail to detect even the most concealed bugs.
Proficient in advanced documentation techniques for recording and reporting problems.
Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively collaborate with developers and colleagues.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4 to 6 years of relevant experience in software testing, preferably within the banking or Finance sector.
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is advantageous.
