We are hiring an **Expert in DevSecOps** for our prestigious partner DIGIT TM (DG Informatics) **in Brussels**. DIGIT-TM is a contract from the European Commission for IT services across Europe.

As **Expert in DevSecOps** you will be responsible for:

- Support System Owners, System Managers and Project Managers on the security risk assessment of DG COMP Information Systems;
- Contribute to the definition and the implementation of the security policy and standards;
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes by providing possible Cyber Security solutions compliant with the ICT strategy;
- Make recommendations on security measures and procedures to senior management;
- Elaborate and translate the security monitoring policy into monitoring rules;
- Provide advice on how to optimize the use of existing tools and systems;
- Plan, deploy, implement, and maintain DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines;
- Promote the usage of DevSecOps methodologies for IT projects;
- Architect and design API Security, Container Security, Cloud Security;
- Draft Security Operating procedures (SecOps);
- Implement technical or operational controls at operational level including in products and systems;
- Provide security trainings and education to technical audiences;
- Monitor security developments to ensure data and physical security of the ICT resources.

**SPECIFIC EXPERTISE**
- Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems;
- Excellent knowledge of establishing and managing continuous delivery (CI) /continuous deployment (CD) pipelines;
- Excellent knowledge in integrating security (SAST, DAST) and quality assurance controls in continuous delivery (CI) / continuous deployment (CD) pipelines;
- Excellent knowledge of continuous delivery and Application Lifecycle Management tools (i.e. Git, Bamboo, Nexus, JIRA, Gitlab);
- Excellent knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Groovy, JavaScript, Bash, Powershell, etc);
- Excellent knowledge of package management tools (Maven, Nexus, etc);
- Excellent communication and negociation skills;
- Good knowledge with DevOps containers or serverless/orchestration tools (ie: Docker, Kubernetes, etc.);
- Good knowledge of Java and Web technologies;
- Good knowledge of project management methodologies;
- Good knowledge of agile (Scrum, Kanban) or similar software development methodologies;
- Good knowledge in Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, Google, OVH, etc.).

**LANGUAGES**
- The consultant has to be fluent in English. Documents will be written in English.
- French will be an asset.

**TOOLS/ METHODOLOGIES USED IN THE UNIT**
- MS Teams, JIRA, Git, Bamboo, Nexus, Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.;
- IT Security Risk Management methodology (ITSRM).**Important**
