We want our name and earplugs out there, changing even more lives.
And that’s where you come in. Our ‘**Global Social Media Strategist**’. You’re here to take our social media to the **next level**.
To get our brand, our story, and our earplugs out there. Reaching just the right people with just the right content.
How? That’s up to you.
**50% Strategist**
You just have one goal: to **build our online global community **in an authentic way and **contribute to 10% of our revenue** **organically **while you’re at it. Real stories. Actual engagement. No click farms. But other than that, you can go all out. Meaning: you’re in complete control of our **social media strategy**. In your strategic thinking process you ping pong with Natalie, our Brand Marketing Manager, and our Brand Marketing team non-stop.
Your starting point is, however, is always the same. And that’s Loop. You fully understand our brand, our values, our beliefs. You know how important it is to stay true to ourselves and **identify **and forecast our own needs for our strategy. Should we relaunch our nightlife channels? Maybe focus on travel and lifestyle? That’s for you to determine. It’s key to your strategic decision-making process.
Our ambitions are big and global. And so are the **budgets**. But you can handle managing those. You know what things cost and you’re cool yet strict when it comes to spending money.
Brand marketing, **storytelling **and creative marketing are not just buzzwords to you. You actually know what they mean (unlike anyone else in the communication industry).

From **content and channel approach** - both mainstream and upcoming ones - to **brand** **ambassador programs. **You’re here to take our social media to the next level. To get our brand, our story, and our earplugs out there. Reaching just the right people with just the right content. As our Global Social Media Strategist, you come up with a game plan, plug in our team of **creatives **and **specialists **and you make it happen.
The **team**, you ask? You work together with our Social Media, Influencer Marketing and Community Specialists to understand the challenges of each audience and collaborate with our Creative team on the esthetic side of things.
Backed by them, you select social media channels, (co-)create relevant content, spread our **story **and ultimately **drive** our product **sales**. All while factoring in on our audiences - current and future ones - and be aware of the latest Instagram features, TikTok **trends **and Nine Gag memes. No biggie, right?
**Requirements**:
- You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken. Whether you’re presenting, networking, or negotiating, you’re the definition of eloquent.
- You’re in our Antwerp office two days a week, but otherwise you’re free to work wherever. Why, you ask? We need the entire Marketing team working together creatively. And that’s just easier in person.
- Worked in a start or scale-up before? We’re ‘ear’ for it.*
- You know how to crack a joke. *Or fake laugh at a bad one.
