**Content Manager Francophone**

Tu es passionné par l'écriture, le marketing et la communication ? Tu es de langue maternelle française avec une réelle appétence pour les enjeux business ? Tu es à la recherche d'un poste stimulant à temps plein avec de nombreuses opportunités de développement ?

Le Content Manager Francophone portera plusieurs casquettes et sera capable de travailler sur diverses missions éditoriales et techniques, tout en restant organisé et en partageant ses idées et son expérience.

**Ce dont nous avons besoin**:
Tu gèreras toutes les tâches liées à la création de contenu en français en interne pour la Belgique : tu travailleras avec les chefs de projet sur les sujets business, réseaux sociaux, web, vidéo et graphisme pour développer des produits qui répondent aux besoins de nos clients. Comme la plupart de notre équipe est néerlandophone, l'anglais ou le néerlandais seront nécessaires pour communiquer en interne.

**Écrire et éditer**

Nous cherchons quelqu'un qui peut suggérer des sujets, des influenceurs, des tendances, capable de faire des recherches et de mesurer l'impact du contenu pour le digital et le print, mais qui peut aussi écrire (et réviser des textes) comme un lauréat du prix Albert-Londres.

Tu pourras ainsi allier ton amour des marques et tes compétences journalistiques pour appliquer les règles éditoriales, et adapter la tonalité, le style et les formats pour répondre aux besoins évolutifs du marché francophone en Belgique.

Tu seras amené à retravailler des textes, organiser des interviews et scénariser ou planifier nos prochains podcasts, tout dans la même journée. Tu pourras déléguer certaines parties du processus à des journalistes, traducteurs ou copywriters, mais tu guideras et vérifiereras également la qualité de tous les textes avant publication.

**Publier et promouvoir**

Tu devras être capable d'organiser tous tes projets, postes et/ou missions dans un calendrier éditorial et d'utiliser les systèmes internes de gestion des publications et de gestion documentaire de l'Agence.

Tu seras également amené à rédiger, relire ou promouvoir le contenu sur les différents canaux de diffusion (réseaux sociaux, etc.) et à modifier le message, sa tonalité ou sa longueur en fonction du média.

**Ce à quoi tu peux t'attendre**:
Tu feras partie intégrante de l'équipe éditoriale qui comprend des prodiges des médias sociaux, des graphistes talentueux et des maestros du référencement. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec le rédacteur en chef / directeur du contenu pour la Belgique.

**Ton profil**:

- Langue maternelle française avec anglais et/ou néerlandais correct
- Diplômé en commerce, marketing ou journalisme / communication (Bachelor ou Master)
- Expérience de 1 à 5 ans dans le développement de contenu de marque et/ou de copywriting
- Connaissance personnelle & expérience de la Belgique francophone
- Obsédé par la grammaire et la ponctuation :)
- Disposé à venir à Anvers minimum 2 jours complets par semaine
- Disponible pour commencer dès que possible.
