We are offering an opportunity to join our Corporate Strategy Department as a Senior BI Specialist, where you will be responsible for conducting in-depth, data-driven analysis. We are looking for someone with a growth mindset, eager to learn in a dynamic environment and passionate about utilizing data and technologies like BigQuery, Tableau and/or PowerBI to derive insights and guide business decisions. Your role will include exploring Sortlist's data, presenting your findings to executive management, and playing a crucial role in driving our growth and advancing our product.

**What will be your responsibilities ?**
- **Business overview**:

- **_ Ownership_**: define key topics, uses cases to leverage data and enhance business. You will have the responsibility as well to design, create, and maintain business-critical dashboards and solutions on Tableau/PowerBI to track key metrics and influence data-driven decisions
- **_ Investigation_**: conduct ad hoc exploratory analysis to identify novel insights based on the highest business priorities.
- **_ Communication_**: present and communicate data and findings to different stakeholders using compelling narratives and visualizations
- **_ Empowerment_**: devise strategies to increase data awareness and make analyses easily replicable by other team members.
- **_ Growth_**: draw data-driven business insights to improve the company's strategy and growth.
- ** Technical overview**:

- **_ Data_** **_Analysis_**: Analyze data / insights for specific business cases.
- **_ Data Visualization_**: Manage our data visualization tool (Tableau, PowerBI or equivalent).
- **_ Data manipulation and analysis_**: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is a plus.
- **_ Data Warehousing_**:Familiarity with data storage solutions (such as Google Big Query or Amazon Redshift) and architectures to organize and retrieve data efficiently.
- **_ Critical thinking: _**Ability to interpret data results and think critically about the implications and limitations of data analysis.

**Your profile**:

- A Master Degree in Management/Economics/Computer Science or in any other relevant field
- 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with expertise in utilizing technologies like BigQuery and Tableau/PowerBI.
- You are used to work closely with Business and/or Marketing departments
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL, including querying databases and extracting relevant information using BigQuery.
- Strong data visualization skills, with advanced knowledge of Tableau/PowerBI and other visualization tools.
- A great sense of leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset to undertake a successful project
- Demonstrated leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to undertake successful projects.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate results.
- Proven ability to thrive in both collaborative and independent work environments.
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of French being a plus.
