**Responsibilities**:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate and implement the necessary internal and external process changes in order to improve our customer satisfaction
- Stimulate our employees to constantly seek to improve both their working methods and their customer focus
- Change mindset of employees towards quality and Salesforce
- Drive the set-up of a quality management system in order to be compliant with the different quality standards (ISO 9001) and customer requirements
- Manage and update the ALD Belgium Quality System
- Embed quality assurance in all business processes by delivering standardized and efficient business processes improvements on time and in line with business requirements
- Be involved in improvement project throughout the ALD Belgium organization to ensure the voice of customer is taking into consideration
- Follow-up on customer satisfaction surveys and complaints & define improvement actions together with departments and suppliers / partners

- Monitor quality and satisfaction of our partners
- Coordinate management of compliments and complaints
- Create a learning environment regarding quality assurance by (i) tracking quality assurance issues/claims, (ii) organizing platforms for learning and sharing at the appropriate levels, (iii) reviewing and adjusting processes
- Set-up a quarterly/monthly dashboard with quality indicators to be communicated to business leaders and/or to quality committee members
Must Have Requirements
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- Master degree (university or equal through experience) in economics
- Knowledge about business processes and project management
- Able to create business partners within the organization
- Relevant experiences in a service environment with focus on Quality Management systems within leasing or automotive sectors preferable
- Good communication skills towards different teams in the organization and capacity to convince
- Strong analytical & communication skills and able to prioritize
- Knowledge of Quality management system such as ISO 9001
- Creative, curious, pragmatic, result oriented, accountable, open mindset
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English, any other language is considered as an asset
