For one of our clients, Hays is looking for an **Accounts Receivable Officer** in **Brussels**:
**What you'll be doing**:
- Join a dynamic team responsible for managing customer invoicing and ensuring accurate billing processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to review and check manual invoicing for customers.
- Ensure timely handling of requests from both internal and external customers.
- Maintain regular communication with customers through various channels to meet their needs effectively.
**What we're looking for**:
- A Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is more than welcome.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills to negotiate effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize processes and solve problems.
- Fluency in **English** and professional level of **Dutch** and **French**, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with Excel and ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
