**You will support the Technology Business Management team by**:
1) Designing, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders and implementing a standardised approach for assessing the impact of change on run. This standardised approach needs to be deployed across all portfolios of projects and encompasses the collection of relevant data and fit-for-purpose reporting. A critical success factor will be your ability to convince key stakeholders to implement this standardised approach thanks to a compelling story of the value this will bring and supporting change management (eg learning) and communication plan 2) Taking up where needed actions/deliverables to decrease workload of other TBM team members in peak moments in particular in the TBM IT planning (IT budget & forecast) service. Actions could include preparing presentations for certain target audiences (eg IT leadership team, TBM Offices of the different IT divisions, etc), minuting meetings, taking up agreed follow-up actions, etc 3) Potentially doing process analysis, optimisation, documentation and implementation
**TBM services include**:
- Managing and supporting IT budget & forecast
- Providing transparency on IT costs
- Managing and supporting IT costs allocation & chargeback
- Managing IT Operational Excellence benefit management
- Providing a 5-year view on IT costs, drivers, investments, and benefits
**Required experiences**:
1) Budget process and financial analysis
- Solid experience in the budget process and financial analysis combining conceptual and practical aspects of accounting/budgeting/forecasting
- Has acquired a thorough understanding of the Technology business, including understanding of strategic drivers that influence direct/indirect costs
- Experience in working with a budgeting tool - Apptio suite proven experience is a plus
2) Story telling & stakeholder engagement - Ability to
- step-back, consider the global picture and build a compelling story
- build fit-for-purpose reporting (adapted to the target audience including senior leadership teams)
- adapt communication (content and style) to the targeted audience
- convince stakeholders to engage in a changed approach
- Identifies and drives improvement opportunities and implementation
- Handles complex issues independently and adapts easily to new business needs across mutilple domains/topics
- Works with a high level of autonomy whilst demonstrating a collaborative/team spirit approach
