As an Infrastructure Assistant (PMO), you will play a key role in the overall management of the company's infrastructure project portfolio. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing infrastructure initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet established quality standards.

You will work closely with the Infrastructure Director to ensure the efficiency and success of strategic infrastructure projects.

**Responsibilities**:
Project Portfolio Management: Assist th e Infrastructure Director in the overall management of the infrastructure project portfolio, including planning, execution, monitoring and reporting.

Project coordination: Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless coordination between the various infrastructure projects underway.

Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and work with stakeholders to find solutions and meet deadlines and goals.

Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the planning of resources and budgets needed for each infrastructure project, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.

Reports and documentation: Prepare periodic reports on the progress of projects, identified risks, expenditures and key performance indicators.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to infrastructure projects and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Ensure Quality: Ensure that projects adhere to defined quality standards and meet business requirements.

Administrative support: Provide administrative support to the Infrastructure Director, particularly in the preparation of presentations, the management of the agenda, and the coordination of meetings.

You speak fluently French and you can work on-site at least 2 days per week.
