Fleet Analyst

For our partner, active in the automotive sector, we are currently looking for a Fleet Analyst in their office in Vilvoorde.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct analysis of quotations, comparing them to previous years, various offers, and alternative options, and formulate improvement proposals.
- Analyse the Total Cost of Ownership to optimize fleet negotiations.
- Optimize and develop the annual fleet plan, ensuring monthly revisions and adjustments.
- Support the department in preparing and revising the annual budget and monthly forecasts.
- Participate in and support all fleet-related transformations within the company.
- Foster productive relationships with other departments such as Finance, Revenue & Capacity Management, Operations & Sales.
- Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for peak efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent delivery of services to meet business expectations.
- Maintain a solid, long-term partnership with suppliers, particularly manufacturers and importers, to support negotiations and cost optimization.

**Required Profile**:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in finance/economics
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in a similar position or industry
- Advanced Excel and IT skills.
- Good language skills: fluent in English with proficiency in either Dutch or French.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Autonomy combined with a strong team player mentality.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks.
- Communicative and open-minded attitude, collaborating with colleagues from various departments at national and international levels.
