As a (C)IAM Architect, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing Ypto’s ICAM needs to form the ICAM roadmap. You design, implement and optimize our current and future ICAM architecture in line with Enterprise Architecture strategy. You play a key role to ensure that the ICAM systems bring the necessary availability, performance, integrity, security and quality in the IT landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze the ICAM needs based on the questions from Business & IT Strategy and build a roadmap for the ICAM Capability. You help prioritize the actions needed. You are cost-aware when working out proposals.
- Enter enhancement propositions for the current landscape and evaluate proposal made by partners to enhance the ICAM landscape. You guide the technical direction for ICAM.
- Validate technical designs made by the partner(s) and give technical advice on ICAM requirements towards Ypto colleagues and NMBS.
- Define the technical requirements for the different purchases planned in the ICAM domain.
- Define best practices & work out standards. You help to evaluate other security standards.
- You help onboarding business projects onto the ICAM services
- Master of Science in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Expert-level knowledge in security practices and principles. You are part of a bigger Architecture team, working together with Security architects and Enterprise Security Architect.
- Expert-level knowledge on Federation Protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM, Priviliged Access Management, PKI, AD
- Proven experience in IAM Architecture (5-10 years)
- Excellent communication skills: fluent in English (written and oral) with ideally a knowledge of Dutch or French.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. You are able to follow up on multiple projects.
- Extensive network within the cybersecurity domain and familiarity with market-leading security solutions.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or related SANS or comparable credentials.
- Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to drive change effectively.
- Ability to guide and mentor teams, even offshore
- Knowledge of modelling in Archimate
