**Functiebeschrijving** Functie: Zorgen voor de voorbereiding, coördinatie en efficiënte uitvoering van projecten om de vooropgestelde doelstellingen te bereiken volgens de gestelde eisen inzake tijd, budget, kwaliteit, veiligheid...**
**Als PROJECT MANAGER speciale technieken beheer je zowel op technisch, administratief en financieel vlak de projecten en sta je in voor de technische voorbereiding (HVAC, elektriciteit, liften, sanitair, enz.).**
**Een niet-exhaustieve lijst van taken**:
- **Beslissingen nemen en meewerken aan de studie van de toegewezen projecten, rekening houdend met de contractuele context, de termijnen, de uitvoeringsvoorwaarden, de ter beschikking gestelde middelen, de kwaliteit en het budget, teneinde voor een optimale uitvoering en oplevering te zorgen, in overeenstemming met de eisen.**:
- **Plannen, voorbereiden en analyseren van de aankoopaanvragen voor leveringen en onderaanneming, de onderaannemers bepalen, deelnemen aan de opstelling van contracten in samenwerking met de aankoopdienst teneinde ervoor te zorgen dat de technische en contractuele vereisten op de hele werf worden geïntegreerd en nageleefd.**:
- **Planning, organiseren en opvolgen (met name op het terrein) en de bijsturen van de verschillende activiteiten binnen het project in overeenstemming met de prioriteiten, risico's en behoeften van de klant teneinde het project op tijd en binnen het budget uit te voeren en op te leveren.**:
- **Analyseren van de technische en financiële oplossingen en oplossingen of varianten voorstellen.**:
- **Verzekeren van de van de werfopvolging op contractueel, administratief en budgettair niveau betreft de speciale technieken teneinde optimale prestaties op de werf te bekomen.**:
- **Informeren, sensibiliseren en garanderen van de veiligheid op de werkplek teneinde het doel van nul ongevallen te bereiken.**:

- **Je hebt minstens een hoger diploma in een bouw-gerelateerde richting**

- **Enkele jaren ervaring binnen de bouw of industrie**

- **Werken in een tweetalige omgeving (FR/NL) schrikt je niet af en je kan je in beide talen uitdrukken**

- **Analytisch vermogen - je bent in staat een kritisch en rationeel oordeel te vormen**

- **Je werkt oplossingsgericht en kan onverwachte situaties en complexte vraagstukken beheersen, opvangen en oplossen op basis van ervaring en kennis en je kan autonoom de best passende oplossing implementeren**

- **Je kan op een duidelijke manier instructies geven aan je teamgenoten en bijsturen waar nodig**
