De Quality Control Manager is verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van kwaliteitscontroleprocedures voor inkomende en gefabriceerde goederen, evenals voor procescontroles. Je ontwikkelt en beheert relaties met klanten met betrekking tot kwaliteitscontrole. Je stuurt een team van 4 mensen aan. Tevens bevorder je de kwaliteitscontrole in de hele afdeling en kan je trainingen rond voederveiligheid coördineren. Je neemt ook deel aan crisissituaties en voert oorzaakanalyses uit om nadelige effecten te verminderen en incidenten te voorkomen.
Het onderzoeken van productklachten is een ander belangrijk aspect van je rol als QC manager. Je zorgt voor de analyse van klachten, initieert samen met de Quality Manager corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen en onderhoudt contact met de klantenservice/verkoop om grote of ernstige klachten op te lossen.
Daarnaast organiseer en begeleid je de interne audits Je voert audits uit, rapporteert de resultaten aan belanghebbenden en je volgt eventuele vervolgacties op. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Quality Manager en je vervangt de Quality Manager in diens afwezigheid.

Je bent een teamspeler met sterke leidinggevende capaciteiten. Je bent goed in het plannen en managen van meerdere projecten met concurrerende prioriteiten en verschillende stakeholders. Je bent een goed gestructureerd en communicatief persoon en hebt oog voor detail. Je bent in staat om sterke relaties en partnerschappen op te bouwen. Je bent resultaatgericht en toont graag initiatief. De werkomgeving is complex, dus je bekijkt zaken niet geïsoleerd, maar verbindt de punten en ziet het grotere geheel.
**Wat je meebrengt**
- Minimaal Bachelor's Degree in relevant vakgebied
- 5+ jaar relevante werkervaring in een internationale omgeving
- Analytisch, projectmanagement, plannings
- en organisatievaardigheden
- Goed stakeholder management, zowel intern als extern
- Goede communicatieve en leiderschapsvaardigheden
