**About our role**:
Our client, in the financial industry in Belgium, is looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a Marketing Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders, among your other responsibilities.

What you will be doing

Conduct competitive benchmarking to gain insights into the market and landscape.

Collaborate with development team to design and implement customer journey strategies for both Point of Sale (POS) and online channels

Coordinate launch campaigns ensuring effective execution and maximum impact

Alignment of internal and external communications

Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives

Coordinate training sessions covering product knowledge, systems and procedures

Handle ad hoc requests and provide timely and effective responses

Proven experience in marketing, preferably within relevant industries

Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to align internal and external communications effectively.

Solid project management skills. With the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders.
