**Wat je doet**
As Project Coordinator EMEA, you will be handling internal & external communication.

You will work in close contact with the team of Safety engineers who perform on-site Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) projects across EMEA.

Primary responsibilities:

- Quote creation;
- Analyse incoming requests and create custom-tailored quotations
- Liaise with sales to identify the customer needs and if additional input is required
- Consult the engineer for more complex projects
- Log the project & project status in our management tool
- Project planning;
- Work together with the customer & engineer on adequate project planning
- Being the point of contact during the project for the customer, Sales Team & Field engineer
- Closely work together with contractor-partners to guarantee smooth project planning
- Project management;
- Prepare project launch by collecting all necessary data needed for successful execution
- Prepare customer details in the Brady Link360 software
- Manage the different stages throughout the project
- Facilitate follow-up meetings with all stakeholders
- Invoicing & aftercare;
- Process project details such as expenses, hours, leads,
- Initiate invoicing in SAP
- Handle contractor-partner invoicing
- Follow-up on renewal of the Cloud based Link360 subscriptions & customer audits

**Wie je bent**
- Minimum five years of practical experience as a planner and/or project coordinator;
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) and ability to quickly get acquainted with job-specific software tools;
- Ability to interface with internal and external customers, including maintenance, safety, and plant engineering personnel;
- A good English & Dutch level is critical. Other languages like French/German are a bonus.
