Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?- Als Product Manager werk je actief mee aan de uitbreiding van de NMBS-producten. Het gaat dan over zowel de biljetten en abonnementen als de bijkomende servies zoals parkings, Blue bikes, enz. Je waakt erover dat deze producten perfect klaar zijn voor de commercialisering en voorziet hiervoor de interne coördinatie met de verschillende betrokken afdelingen zoals klantendienst, IT, verkoop,. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de Go2Market Managers.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Analyseren van tendensen en concurrenten (in samenwerking met Intelligence) om nieuwe productmogelijkheden te identificeren
- Controleren van de haalbaarheid van een productconcept (business case, juridische en technische maakbaarheid)
- Bepalen van de USP’s, de voordelen en de waarde van het product en, op basis hiervan, de prijs (samen met Pricing)
- Contacten met de betrokken partners tijdens de productontwikkeling
- Bepalen en opvolgen van de commerciële doelstellingen en resultaten per product
- Lifecycle management: schrappen of aanpassen van producten, bepalen van de behoeften aan promotie van bepaalde producten (samen met de Go2Market Managers)
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Om deel te kunnen nemen aan deze procedure:
- Heb je een masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en heb je minimum 3 jaar ervaring in Product management.
- Indien je je diploma in het buitenland hebt behaald, dien je in het bezit te zijn van een gelijkwaardigheidsattest afgeleverd door de Vlaamse Overheid (Naric Vlaanderen) om deel te kunnen nemen aan de selectie.- Volgende competenties zijn van belang- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in product management, idealiter met een link naar IT
- Je bent een uitstekende project manager
- Je ben sterk in stakeholder management
- Je kan conceptueel en strategisch denken
- Je bent zeer sterk in analytisch denken (vooral wat betreft cijfers en probleemanalyse)
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans, je kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
- Je bent een sterke communicator en onderhandelaar (naar samenwerkingen, niet naar prijzen)
- Je hebt een hoge dosis aan teamspirit
- Je kan een werkgroep inspireren en faciliteren
